VIVIENNE VETTERKIND

Vivien Vetterkind is a fashion designer working at the intersection of street culture, music and craftsmanship. Her design language is defined by the fusion of seemingly contrasting worlds, combining nostalgia with contemporary influences and raw aesthetics with precise artisanal techniques to create garments that balance imperfection and refinement.

Driven by an interest in sustainable innovation and the social narratives embedded within clothing, Vivien approaches fashion through concepts of bricolage and artistic reimagination. Upcycling, material manipulation and the reinterpretation of existing references play a central role in her creative process, allowing her to rethink materials through a sustainable and craft-based perspective.

Her work is largely gender-neutral, season-independent, season independent and adaptable to different body shapes through flexible construction methods. With her current collection, “Neighborhaute Couture,” she explores the dialogue between streetwear and couture, creating a contemporary aesthetic that challenges conventions while remaining grounded in cultural awareness and respect.
